Booking and Payments

Booking Process

When you make a booking through Good Venue, you enter into a direct agreement with the venue owner. Good Venue acts as a facilitator and is not a party to the transaction between you and the venue owner.

Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made through authorized payment methods on our platform.
  • Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your booking.
  • Payment information is securely processed through our payment partners.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by venue and will be clearly stated before booking.
  • Refunds are subject to the venue's specific cancellation policy.
  • Good Venue reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of fraud or policy violations.

Venue Owner Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your venue, including availability, pricing, and amenities.
  • Honor all confirmed bookings made through the platform.
  • Maintain your venue in accordance with applicable laws and safety standards.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and booking requests.
  • Comply with all local regulations and obtain necessary permits for your venue.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Good Venue platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Good Venue or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

  • You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform.
  • By submitting content, you grant Good Venue a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform.

Limitation of Liability

Good Venue is a platform that connects users with venue owners. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of venues listed on our platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of venue information or the conduct of users and venue owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Venue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Good Venue shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Account Termination
